Halloween- Theatre Style

Hello friends,

I hope you had a fun-filled halloween! Feel free to let me know what you were, I love to here about fun, creative costumes. I was Tom Cruise from Risky Business. So, these past couple weeks I've realized how hard it is to choose a costume and put it together. So, today's post will be some costumes that you easily make, but, these are all costumes from musicals and plays. So enjoy! Maybe you can use some of these for next year!

Heathers the Musical

This is a really good group costume.

Heather Chandler-

Red Blazer, plaid pleated skirt, tall red and white argile socks, white shoes, red scrunchie or bow, curled hair and red lips.

You could also wear a floral robe with a red scrunchie or bow and be Heather from her death scene.

Heather Mcnamara-

Yellow plaid blazer and skirt, yellow tall socks, yellow shoes, black belt with bow and curled hair.

Heather Duke-

Green blazer, black skirt, green tall socks, black shoes and green bow.

Veronica Sawyer-

Blue blazer, white shirt underneath, gray skirt, blue socks, black and white shoes.

Phantom of the Opera

Christine Daae-

Use a red tank top, green, red and gold sequins and gold puffy paint to make christine's top. Wear a white robe on top with lace sewed on the sleeves and neck. Curl your hair and pin the sides back. Wear any type of shoes that are comfortable. Light makeup.

The Phantom-

No matter if your a girl or boy, you can still be the phantom by wearing a suit or all black. Then purchase a mask and cut it in half or I found a mask at Rite Aid that reminded me exactly of Phantom of the Opera. That's all you need for this costume!

Chicago

Velma Kelly-

A black, fringey, glittery dress with black shoes and short black hair. Long, fake eyelashes and red lips.

Roxie Hart- Long sleeve lacey balck dress, short blonde curly hair. Natural makeup.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show

This would be a great couples costume.

Brad- Grey or black dress pants, black shoes, tan collared zip up, blue collared shirt underneath, black thick frame glasses and black short hair.

Janet- Pink fit and flare collared dress, white belt and cardigan, white strappy sandals and brown curled hair with one side clipped back.
